This four-day silent retreat is an invitation. An invitation to set down the clutter of everyday life and return to yourself. No internet, no phone, no books—and even no words. In the safe space of silence, you will be able to truly listen: to your body, your breath, your feelings, your inner guide, your inner peacemaker.

Practices:
· Morning walking meditation and seated meditation, deepening each day
· Somatic yoga and movement that awaken conscious presence in the body
· Mindful walks in nature, to hear and feel again… the whisper of the forest
· Self-nurturing practices to develop and deepen qualities such as respect, compassion, trust, acceptance, and love
· Gratitude practice and evening meditations that calm and soften
· Simple accommodation that supports turning the senses inward, rather than pulling attention outward
The retreat is designed for deep relaxation and inner regeneration. It brings together the wisdom of ancient practices of observation and present-moment awareness—without judgment, with curiosity and quiet presence—and modern somatic tools that guide the body into relaxation, regulate the nervous system, and awaken bodily intelligence.

When we observe the breath and sensations in the body in silence, we become increasingly present and gentle with ourselves. The breath is natural, always present, and neutral. It becomes a perfect bridge between body and mind. By observing the breath, we cultivate inner steadiness, which is the foundation for deeper insights.

The nature of our inner reality
The practice of silence, held in a kind and gentle environment, slowly reveals our ability to perceive subtle sensations. These point toward the nature of our inner reality. Everything else comes and goes—thoughts, feelings, tensions. And once you experience this, you deepen into freedom.
If life is moving too fast and you feel overwhelmed by external stimulation, while inner peace seems increasingly out of reach, you are standing at a crossroad. This is where you can choose to step back. When the body holds tension and the mind cannot find rest, a quiet longing begins to move through the heart. Listen to it. It’s a call for a deeper connection with yourself, with nature, with what is essential.

Accommodation
The entire center is very simple. It is chosen intentionally, so that simplicity and modesty invite you inward rather than scatter your energy outward. This is essential for self-inquiry and deeper transformation. Each participant stays in a private room, offering space for full rest and deepening into silence.
